Don’t you love that Jen-Jen’s in this picture too? I love how theatrical my roommate is, following along with my shenanigans and likewise.

These pants (and the turtle neck) are two of my new purchases. I really adore the pants and the way they fall. I was laughing at them when I found them, cause they seem so weirdly trendy in the high fashion world. But now I’m still chilling in them and thinking of different ways to wear them. I can see them being my “on the go” pants with some flats or my many kitten heels.

However, I am sort of getting fed up with the Gap jersey blazer. It just keeps insisting on looking frumpy even when I belt it! I don’t understand. To be fair though, the hoodie underneath does demand a lot of space, hence the balloon effect on my torso in the picture. It looks much better when I’m standing up. I was going for a parisian look, when it occured to me that I don’t really know what that entails. I think it’s about creative layering, but knowing when to stop. Pushing but pulling back. It’s the tantilizing nature of the culture, that allure, that I am lacking.

But I think I got it right with the shoes. I’m just upset about the top area. But I think with just the turtleneck and the necklace, it looks fab for something so simple. Sadly, no pics :\.
